Tropical Treasure - Purple-colored ganache of Ube, shredded coconut, my coconut-infused rum. and white chocolate
Cherry Heart Bomb - (Plant Based) 66% cacao semi sweet chocolate ganache with my homemade brandy-based Cherry liqueur, oat creamer, vegan butter, with a 66% cacao chocolate (no dairy) shell
Carmen Miranda's Hat - (Non-Alcoholic) A blend of pineapple, passion fruit, lime and mango purees, blended into a bright white chocolate ganache with a littlr ginger and tumeric
Coffee Head - (Plant Based) 66% cacao semi sweet chocolate ganache with my award winning spiced coffee liqueur, oat creamer, vegan butter, with a 66% cacao chocolate (no dairy) shell
Mai Tai Curd - All of the ingredients of the cocktail in a tart lime curd!

Shipping chocolate is tricky, and so to make sure we’re doing everything we can to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition:
Chocolate orders are mailed on Mondays (unless it is a holiday, then Tuesday), via USPS 2-Day service (or you can upgrade your shipping to overnight). ORDER by the previous Friday for Monday delivery. (Don’t worry, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all of this spelled out!) Chocolate is protected during its journey in an insulated bag, with an ice pack, and stabilizing packaging. (Sorry, no international shipping at this time)

We currently have very limited retail hours at the bakery, but can be very flexible with pickups!
