My Chocolate COAL is solid semisweet (my signature 58% cacao) chocolate. As always, I use only Certified Fair Trade Chocolate, and each one is handpainted by me using colored cocoa butters. Then each piece is wrapped in black foil, and slipped into a cute, hand-stamped burlap bag.

Shipping chocolate is tricky, and so to make sure we’re doing everything we can to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition:
Chocolate orders are mailed on Mondays (unless it is a holiday, then Tuesday), via USPS 2-Day service (or you can upgrade your shipping to overnight). ORDER by the previous Friday for Monday delivery. (Don’t worry, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all of this spelled out!) Chocolate is protected during its journey in an insulated bag, with an ice pack, and stabilizing packaging. (Sorry, no international shipping at this time)

We currently have very limited retail hours at the bakery, but can be very flexible with pickups!
